The work:

The Travel and Project Coordinator will be part of an Accenture team supporting a federal government organization. The candidate will work closely with the client to provide
project coordination support on a variety of Intelligence, Expeditionary
Warfare, and Special Operations topics, with emphasis on supporting travel
requirements for deployed operations and missions. This high visibility and
fast paced role will include regular coordination with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Working closely with clients to provide operations,
Intelligence, and Travel support

- Providing support in planning, staffing, and
deployment of entity personnel

- Providing support in the prioritization of training
requirements and objectives for exercises and deployments

- Disseminating products and capability support for
intelligence and acquisition requirements

- Utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS) to help manage
personnel travel

- Managing activities associated with travel orders to
include the processing of passports, country clearances, and VISAs

Heres what you need:

- US Citizenship, no dual citizens

-Experience working with country

-Experience working ISOPREP related

-Experience resolving issues related
to passports

-Mid to advanced level of Microsoft Office experience

-Experience working with senior (O-6
and above) military officers or senior civilians (GS-15 and above)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and as a team member

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills

+ Desire to add value to the client and Accenture above and beyond
the role
